This week, our TSN interview series continued as Tony May sat down for a chat with Kevin Shivers, the Pennsylvania State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business.
Shivers talked about Governor Tom Corbett’s small business agenda, including the plan to collapse roughly 130 different economic development programs at the Department of Community and Economic Development down to about 60. He also talked about how the proposed “Liberty Fund” at DCED would be a boon to small businesses, those that generally have a tough time navigating the byzantine structure at DCED.
