Open Positions

 

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for general office support with a variety of clerical activities and tasks to support the operations of the firm. The employee will provide support to the Government Relations practice, Public Affairs practice and the Firm Partners.

The candidate must have the following education and experience:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Two years of administrative service
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) and effectively interact with internal and external individuals
  • Above average expertise of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to be proactive, creative, take initiative and operate independently
  • Define and solve problems while dealing with a variety of situations where limited standards exist
  • The employee is expected to maintain a satisfactory level of professionalism while performing duties
  • The employee is expected to take the appropriate initiatives necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
  • The employee is expected to adapt to different assignments, responsibilities and ideas

 

Public Affairs Associate       

The Public Affairs Associate position is responsible for executing strategies and forming relationships with the media and government officials, as well as public and private stakeholders.  The employee will provide day-to-day support of client projects and initiatives to implement communications strategies and programs in an effort to meet client objectives.

The candidate must have the following education and experience:

  • College education
  • Three years of public relations experience
  • Valid driver’s licenses
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) and effectively interact with internal and external individuals
  • Ability to be proactive, creative, take initiative and operate independently
  • Define and solve problems while dealing with a variety of situations where limited standards exist
  • The employee is expected to maintain a satisfactory level of professionalism while performing duties
  • The employee is expected to take the appropriate initiatives necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
  • The employee is expected to adapt to different assignments, responsibilities and ideas
